Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all data instantly without contacting support:

1. Open the Follope app on your Android device.

2. Navigate to Settings (gear icon in the bottom navigation).

3. Scroll down to the 'Security & Account' section.

4. Tap 'Delete account' and confirm your choice.

Your account, authentication sessions, profile, business details, invoices, and client records will be deleted immediately and permanently from our active databases.

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your device, you can submit a manual deletion request by emailing us at:

Subject Line: 'Account Deletion Request'

Please send the email from the Google account or email address associated with your Follope account so we can verify ownership.

Our team will process your request and permanently erase your account within 48 to 72 business hours, sending you a confirmation reply.

Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently purged from our servers:

• User Profile & Authentication credentials (name, email address, password hash, Google auth IDs).

• Business Profile & Branding (business name, logo, custom invoice prefix, address, UPI IDs).

• All Client Records (client names, client emails, billing addresses).

• All Invoices & Line Items (all drafts, sent, viewed, and paid invoice history).

• Push notification tokens and active device session records.

Financial Transaction Audit Records: Payment transactions completed via Razorpay are retained by Razorpay and our financial ledger strictly as required to comply with Indian tax regulations, accounting laws, and payment gateway dispute resolution periods.
