Account Information: When you register or sign in to Follope (via Google Sign-In or Email OTP), we collect your name, email address, and authentication identifiers.

Invoice & Business Data: To generate invoices and track payments on your behalf, the app stores invoice line items, client contact details (name, email, phone number), payment amounts, due dates, and your designated UPI ID or payment QR code.

Usage & Device Diagnostics: Non-identifying technical analytics (device type, operating system version, crash reports) to maintain app stability and improve user experience.

When you upgrade to Follope Pro, all financial transactions are processed securely by our authorized third-party payment partner, Razorpay.

Follope does NOT collect, store, or have access to your credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, net banking credentials, or UPI PINs.

Razorpay processes payment information in strict compliance with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) Level 1 requirements and Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations.

To provide core invoicing features: rendering PDF invoices, tracking payment statuses (due, pending, paid), and scheduling client follow-up notifications.

To manage your account, active Pro subscription status, and customer support inquiries.

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data or client invoice records to third parties for commercial advertising.

When your clients pay your invoices via UPI, the payment flows directly from their UPI app to your personal bank account or UPI ID. Follope does not act as an escrow, does not hold client funds, and does not access your client's bank accounts.

We apply industry-standard security protocols, including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit and hardened PostgreSQL database storage with automated backups.

We retain your account data and invoices for as long as your account remains active. You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated invoice data at any time by contacting follope.official@gmail.com.

You have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of your personal information at any time.
